Buttons depends. (Polish ones are OK, UK ones are not - explain that?) But although it is considered to have wheat in it - Drinking Chocolate/Instant Chocolate is fine with me. The doctor has confirmed that I have a reaction to wheat and gluten so I know its not IBS In addition in general if I stay away from wheat and gluten its fine I just looked at the cadbury’s lists at the moment – even through it is on the Gluten free/Wheat free lists – I found that more often than not, I would react badly to a Creme Egg.
